When your symptoms worsen in a cycle, does your pdoc increase your meds, then decrease it? They never did that to me

Usually if they believe Iā€™m cycling they donā€™t do anything. But I know Iā€™m not just cycling there is something very wrong right now

The AP cant give immediate relief though. I wish it could. When I was in Disney and having voices, I took a Klonopin, and drank a coffee to counteract the sedation, but it still kept me calm. I was still hearing voices but I was able to concentrate on conversations better so the voices didnā€™t have as much power. IDK sometimes benzos make you more aware and able to distract yourself. Are you prescribed one?

I know the ap doesnā€™t help with some things but it does sedate me a bit. I use to be on benzos but my current pdoc took me off of them. She doesnā€™t like them she said

Yeah its got to work over time. My visual hallucinations went away. I had them a little over a month ago, then, now theyā€™re gone.

Sorry you were taken off them, I fear that for me. One day of tapering for me, I get caught up in delusions and voices all day

My hallucinations are usually images in my head. I wish there was something I could to do help you with this, it sounds like something medicine should take care of. I donā€™t know what meds youā€™re on, but I wish you the best!

I was taking 3mgs of Ativan a day, she took me off of it abruptly. I had symptoms for a few weeks. She helped by having me talk to my case manager and therapist quite a bit

Panic attacks? Bc the way I see it, my panic attacks can be coped better with skills than psychosis. I feel like the psychosis ruins my thinking and Iā€™m not safe until I take the benzo again, and it takes a couple days after to get stable. I donā€™t want to be on a benzo because they have proven studies they effect your memory negativily.

Yeah I get panic attacks. I donā€™t get them as often as I use too. I have psychosis though more

I also see shadow people and I feel it when they touch me. So, you are not alone.

I saw a fedora man too in my MILā€™s apartment but he was blonde dressed in all white. I would see him every night. He wasnā€™t scary though

It just feels like a light touch since I started geodon. It used to poke my internal organs and it bothered me a lot before I found a medicine that kind of works. I see them all the time.
