I hate that I can’t stick to a routine…. I’ll be good about something for a week then I completely fall off.
I was taking vitamins and a supplement for a week and then I accidentally skipped one day and now I’ve completely stopped….
I’m also feeling extremely burnt out… I can’t keep up with the cleaning around here…

Sounds like your having a bit of a Wobble mate. Just carry on - and remember all those negative feelings come in waves - and it will pass.

What about setting a timer for 15 minutes and only cleaning for those 15 minutes each day until you get your energy and motivation back?
You could pick 1 room per day and clean it for 15 minutes and then stop
