I keep telling myself

I’m going to clean the kitchen late evening and it never gets done. In the morning I am super dizzy so that doesn’t work. Frustrated with myself. I hate being this way.

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way,

I’m sure you’ll get the kitchen done.

Give yourself a break, you can only do what you can do.

@FatMama 5 minutes. That’s all it takes.

My house is disgusting. but I am making tiny steps forward. I do a little something and then rest. Then something else…or not. It doesn’t matter because I did at least one thing. And one is better than none.

Itishard to get going. i often don’t start but forced myself the past few times. Ypu know what? It sucked but I felt super accomplished after. And each job was only 5 minutes of effort, a break, 5 more, a break, and so on. Work is limited to 5 minutes, breaks are however long or many youneed.

You can do it! Baby steps! And a lot of baby steps covers the same distance as distance races.

@FatMama did you find out yet if you qualify for a home health aid who can help you?

I don’t want people in my house touching my stuff all judgemental and condescending.

Ok. That’s too bad. It sounds like you really need the help. But I respect your wish for privacy.

the kitchen in our house is mostly taken care of by Angie, so I can’t really say I keep up the kitchen but she stays on top of it…proud of her…don’t worry @FatMama I like Zombie’s comments …that sounds like the thing to do.
