I cant express my self probley.i feel sometimes like I have energy like a women.im sensitive.too sensitive for a man.i grew up not just in traumatised household but also wars witneseesd wars.painfull everything painfull.

Life hasn’t been easy for you. But it’s the same for everyone too.
Be proud of what you do that is good for you and people. Slowly you’ll be more assertive as you’re more confident in your beliefs in yours actions?

It’s hard to be a man who needs a lot of help. But life ain’t all about intimidating people and being tough. It helps in certain situations but there’s room for guys who are kind and thoughtful and being a good friend. Hell, The last fight I saw was in 1997 and it was two young guys. They ended up running from a cop. But that is rare.
