It’s just a relapse feeling once in a while
It’s a difficult feeling to combat I’m trying to think about what I would do
Try to remember that there’s always someone better or worse than you at anything you’re trying to do
I normally cut myself slack nowadays and just say “Well I have a mental illness and that’s nothing to do with me”
