I was cycling real bad today.
Up with Hypomania/Mania this morning.
Crashed with a Deep Depression later in the afternoon.
I have been feeling a bit Mixed throughout the day.
I didn’t want to take a chance and end up going to the Hospital so I called up my psychiatrist but she wasn’t there.
I’ll try calling her throughout the day, I am afraid of going back.
Ohhhh maybw it is ur new medication??? Could you call the pharmacist maybe??
Oh geez. Keep trying to get hold of her.

@everhopeful I’ve tried contacting her by phone 3 times so far but no luck.
If I can’t reach her today I’m going to call her cell phone again tomorrow. I know it’s her day off.
I can’t take a chance.
Really afraid that eventually going to end up in the Hospital again.
Can you leave her a message somehow, or send a text to her cell phone?
Still no response.
I’m feeling a little better but I think that I will text her tomorrow some time in the afternoon just in case.

I texted my psychiatrist yesterday and she responded right away, within 4 minutes or so!
She increased my Depakote dose to 1000mg.

Hopefully increasing the Mood stabilizer works, if not she may have to increase the Risperidone as well.
I really don’t want to take more risperidone.
I don’t need more side effects.
I was thinking about a med increase recently, but things have settled down again. I too was worried about extra side effects. I’m barely able to tolerate the dose I’m on.
I would increase the dose slowly until I tolerate the increase.
Maybe this will work for you as well?
