Hello folk.
I have decided to come back.
I miss posting and have gravitated back to this site as its been a bumpy ride. I think ive been a bit manic, but im doing a bit better now
I had some strange beliefs over the last few months and believed some weird things. Luckily the meds have helped me get back and abit more stable as i went off them for a short while due to my stupidity.
Anyways ill be posting more.

Welcome back! Sorry to hear you’ve been having such a tough time.
I think is always worth a try. Maybe next time you succeed on a lower dose. Life on meds can be a bit dull sometimes and doing always the reasonable thing is a bit boring.
