That I met people from my high school. And they said “why do you act the way you do?” And I said “I have the right to, because I’ve been through more than you…seen more, been more places, struggled more, etc…” Then I felt a feeling of respect coming my way. What do you think of my dream?

Wow! That’s weird! I had a dream last night too. I dreamed that one day every man would be judged by their character and not by the color of their skin. Hmmm, just a coincidence or something else going on?

Being that the people you met were from high school makes me think of ignorant, young people who assign a negative connotation to any thing, or any one, that is different. And it hurts. However, you refused to internalize their fear and hatred. Good for you!
