You can Google example work accommodations online for your diagnosis for ideas that may help. Mine were no shift work, no on-call, predictable flexible hours that work for the company, someone helping me with admin work, using speech to text software, etc

Is ‘reasonable adjustments’ something They have to do according to UK law?

Accross the pond we have the Americans with Disabilities Act, which states that employers must give ‘reasonable accomoditations’ to workers with disabilities.

Thanks mrhappy I will get an appointment at the job centre to see what I can get

did you check out this link? it was at the botton of the gov.uk link,

https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/en/multipage-guide/employment-workplace-adjustments

your employer might ask you what sort of reasonable adjustments that you think may help you stay employed with them

I will do what the gov site says and go to the job centre, as I have no idea what adjustments might help

I asked to be allowed to wear headphones as they got banned and the music helps me to concentrate

Thanks Happy. I want to stay there but recently my attendance has been untenable due to stress and anxiety.

I can’t wait to do this autism assessment to learn more about what the problem is if it is that

My main issue is dealing with other people

Thanks Artsygal

I had a look but I have taken so much diazepam today I am a bit knocked out so I will look at it when I get up in the morning.

Thanks for your suggestion
