'I forgot to take anything out of the freezer for dinner' syndrome

That reduces my meal choices.

I can’t stand microwaved meat. I have to take something out every morning I want to cook unless it’s a roast then I take it out the night before.

If I don’t take something out I either run to the store and buy some fresh meat or go out to eat. I won’t nuke anything.

I will only freeze already cooked meals. I buy meat every 3 days so I can keep it fresh in the fridge and then cook it.

I often forget to do that, too.

This is what I cooked tonight. Chilli and it is was not very good. I put some sour cream on it.

We often forget to take stuff out of the freezer. If I remember, I put it out the night before, as my fridge de-thaws slowly. I tend not to cook, though. My husband usually does it. He seems to do everything; he takes great care of me and our family.

I hate cooking, so if there’s nothing to cook then I’m happy. If I was by myself, all of my meals would be more like snacks.
