When I lived by myself in my studio I used to make these for myself all the time, they’re two of my favorite desserts. I haven’t made them in years. Now I printed out a couple recipes from the web that I can make in my Instant pot, I can hardly wait.
I’ve made tapioca pudding but never custard and rice.

My city is known for having excellent frozen custard shops. It’s a once in at least 3 months kind of thing because they’re such calorie and sugar bombs
