I feel so blessed

Idk why I have not gone psychotic.

By this time I thought maybe I would get psychotic considering I’ve been binge eating so so much for a long while now and I had this belief that this would inflame my brain and make me psychotic.
I’ve been on a ‘sub therapeutic’ dose all year last year.

But I’m not hearing any voices :’)

I do have two delusions but I’m hoping I can overcome or conquer the fear in them.
Over time and effort.

Do you feel blessed?

Idk what causes psychosis so don’t take the food thing seriously although i do think that it can somehow contribute perhaps not in all individuals. Yes that’s right maybe you think that is delusional thinking so don’t take me seriously if you don’t want to. :wink:

But I really did get a moment of feeling overwhelmed with some kind of emotion due to not hearing voices.

Binge eating probably doesn’t help, but I think alcohol and caffeine are the worst problems. You might be fairly healthy, if it’s not affecting you.

He’s able to eat a little soup and rice, but he’s still feeling terrible unfortunately. But I think he’ll feel better soon

I put it under unusual beliefs because it has my beliefs in the thread about how food may contribute to psychosis, so that’s a pretty unusual belief. I think.
