I notice that if i eat alot of sugary things over days i get paranoid its really weird but i dont know why it happens i tend to feel better if i dont eat sugar but it is hard does anyone else get this. Today i had a bad headache and the headache disappeared when i had sugar in my system. I have been eating lots of sugar for over around 4 days
Eating lots of sugary things tends not to be a good thing maybe eat dessert once in a while or sugar-free things.
I tried to look this up if it is something that mamy people experience but i havent found nothing on it
Having high blood sugar can make you feel physically and mentally unwell in many ways.
Sugar releases dopamine, that is probably your problem. Every time I have a dopamine spike it is followed within a day or two of low mood and anxiety and anger.
