I feel like people are following me trying to ruin my reputation and destroy my life. Today I saw a man across the street he had his phone up and was looking at me. I’m worried he was taking photographs of me. I’m so tired of this ■■■■■■■■

Same here I though all were following me.
Do you were shades so you will avoid eye contact.
Because when we look at people we stare and they stare back. Then we make up stories.
Also meds should work by now how long have you been on meds. ? I have been 15 years. By which story build up is totally stopped.
And have a job of multitasking due to more exposure to such instances and slowly overcoming it.
