I’ve been battling with delusions all day. Right now I’m out to dinner with my family, but I feel like crying. Is this part of my illness?
I’m sorry @Cici2.
I hope you start feeling better soon.
Please hang in there!
Thank you wave. I really needed to let someone know. I’m doing it, I’m letting it out. Now I’m shaking in fear.
I’m sorry you are struggling right now. Take care of yourself.
No. It’s an adolescent thing to just start crying for no reason. But I was in my 50’s before it ever happened to me. I felt similar to a teen, though.
I’m just afraid of everything right now.
Can you go home and be around things that are familiar and comfortable to you?
It can do that to you. The reason you feel like crying might (I’m just guessing) be a combination of things. It could be that other things in your life are bugging you and the delusions makes them worse. Hell, I’d rather feel depressed than feel nothing.
Hope that you can find good treatment that will quiet the symptoms. Should get a med adjustment from the pdoc probably.
It is okay to let out some tears, it may help you get past emotional blocks, but if it gets to the point that you are crying for its own sake you should probably do a self-check.
I’m fixing to go home. I’ll do that to calm myself.
Find a way to excuse yourself, go home and surround yourself with peaceful and comfortable things. Relax and take care of yourself.
Thank you oolaloola
Hope you feel better @Cici2.
Hope you are feeling better Cici 2.
Im sorry you felt like that.
Thanks everyone
Get to feeling better. I was dealing with severe SI today, so your not alone
Thank you @phoenix90
If your really getting worse, going to the hospital might be a good idea. They can change your meds and maybe get you on a better track. Good luck
