For the first time in months, I actually feel fine sober and don’t have a need to smoke. Hopefully I can keep this up as I smoke for stress relief during work.

I was surprised how little I missed the booze when i gave up a couple of years ago now.
It is genuinely alright to be sober, surprisingly!
