Well, what I wanted to say is that many people in my country believe war can happen anytime
Whenever I think about it, I think the safest place is the US as an isolated continent.
Here too it is very volatile, and potentially war could happen any time. Sometimes, I worry about it.
Very understandable especially if your country isn’t part of NATO.

Our “scary” neighbor is Mexico… source of the friendliest hardest working immigrants I know. Also Canada.
Ain’t no army from Mexico or Canada ever invading us. All the real scary countries are an ocean away. This is one of my favorite things about USA. I always feel safe in this regard.
@agent101g I’m Australian. We are near china. Aus would probably be the first western nation to be occupied by them if world war broke out. Hopefully you guys in the US come to the rescue haha.
I have a feeling we’d be very open to Australian refugees in that situation. Although one thing I learn as I age is you’re never too old to be surprised, so who knows.
Fallout is all about a fictional war between China and the USA. It’s kind of neat as long as it’s fictional.

I was obsessed with fallout 3 back on my xbox 360. Haven’t really enjoyed the others much.
Oh yes, the video games. I guess I assumed more people know about the franchise due to the recent popular TV show. They haven’t touched on China much in the show but it’s coming.
FO3 focused on it in Operation: Anchorage DLC
I don’t think China will ever go to war with the US. Our economies are reliant on each other.
Oh it’s nuts how much stuff is made there. I always joke that china could invade any country with their citizens and win with fists, just because of how many people exist in their country. Billions!

I feel they would probably shy away from going into who the war was between.
I remember as a child growing up on an Air Force base during the Cold War…we used to have to crawl under our desks in practice for a nuclear event. Like THAT could protect us from nuclear fallout! As scary as our world is today, i think it was a lot scarier during the Cold War. I also don’t think that China and the US would ever get in a fight, cuz we rely too much on each other economically. I also like the Fallout games, i had the first one on our Apple 2c back in 1986.
It is unfortunate that some countries are ruled by madmen who want to rule the world and normal everyday citizens have to pay the price for it.
Just try and stay positive and maybe keep a radio by in case there are any desertion alerts.
