I fcked up again

After 1 month without smoking (with cistine) I just bought another pack of cigarettes.

At first I didn´t want to quit but with cistine you cannot smoke. I was going to give up on quitting but I got lucky and had a cold together with the medication I really didn´t want to smoke for a week. I went through the treatment and managed to quit smoking for a month.

But this doesn´t end here. I really don´t know what to do now about this.

I feel kind of depressed these days. A minor back injury kept me off track for some weeks without progressing in my goals.

Consider the real reasons you smoke for! If you don’t you’ll always keep falling back into the routine.

It seems to me you can give up as a month proves that! The real motivator as to why you ‘want’ to smoke remains. Until that is addressed it will continue.

And remember how it tasted and felt when you had one!

Don’t think for a moment that after a few you’ll ‘like’ it again. don’t acquire that filthy taste and feeling!
