I exercise and eat more

what does it mean? i wont loose weight ?

I eat at night when i cannot fall asleep. yesterday i drunk coffe at 7 pm. so i couldnt sleep at night.

i wont drink cofffe today more. need to sleep good, becouse it affects my productivity

You’ll never loose weight but you might lose some. A lot of people make this mistake.

i hope to not eat more food at night. need to manage my sleep better, but yeah i exercise more and i am more hungry

They key is to make small profits. The reason you’re eating more is because it’s painful to not eat. But if you only take on a little pain you can handle it and make a little progress each day.

Eat healthy.
Foods with lots of fiber Vegetables fruits and protein,
better chance of losing weight.

I have the same problem. Only thing I can advice is to do more moderate/mild intensity exercise. Doing cardio just makes me want to eat way more.
