Tips for losing weight

I’m starting to gain the weight I lost some time ago.

Do you guys have any tips to lose weight? I’m planning to do physical exercises 5 times a week (my doctor assured it’s fine) and eat more healthy (2150 calories a day). I have a huge trouble with consistency. It’s really hard for me to be consistent with physical exercises for example.

Do you have any strategies? I’m not working and just studying at home (sometimes I get in some projects for non-profits), so I have a lot of plenty time.

I think it’s very important for me to stay healthy before getting into a 9-5 job. I’m doing it to enhance self-love.

I’d say drink water instead of juice or soda buying bottled water is better than tap water because it makes you crave it more

In some states they give you the bottled water

Love this one! Thank you!

Keep your bloodsugar stable. Avoid things with lots of sugar or fast carbs in it, and eat several times a day to keep your bloodsugar stable. More small meals rather than few large ones.

When my bloodsugar is out of control, I gain weight.

Also, start the day by drinking a glass of water.

I have trouble with consistency too.
I make it work with excercise by lowering my expectations of how often I do it. So I say three times per week minimum, but more if I have the motivation to do it.

Interesting. I generally eat each 3 hours.

I understand it, but when I put too little exercise, I tend not to follow up. Just tried 3 times a week and, incrementally, I stopped exercising.

On the other hand, if I put a challenging exercises routine, I may feel motivated to stick with it for a month and then stop it.
