I dropped my classes last week

I wasn’t going to announce it, but in a way I’m kinda relieved.

I can always use the rest of my GI bill to go to another school that’s better, and major in something I’m more passionate about like writing, or Chicano studies.

The online school I was enrolled at doesn’t offer many majors.

I’m sorry if I let any of you down. I know a lot of you were really encouraging me, and rooting for me.

I know what they say about idle hands. But I am keeping myself busy these days.

Here’s to a new year!

It’s free through the GI bill, it’s basically a stipend (benefit) I get since I am a veteran.

No one is disappointed,

I just wanted you to go because you seemed to want to go.

Also, I’m very pushy.

It makes sense to move closer to a degree you want and will enjoy obtaining,

I think as long as you’re writing and pushing yourself forward,

School doesn’t matter as much.

That being said, you should still look into some classes you would really enjoy and get something out of,

Like the film class.

I’m happy you feel relieved and aren’t starting out the new year all stressed out.

Ah no, @Montezuma, you didn’t let us down. We’re all still rooting for you.

I agree, school will always be there. I’m glad you’re doing what’s best for you.

Thanks for the update!
