Feeling like something is always going to go wrong. I can’t watch news channels anymore. It’s all ■■■■■■■ doom. I’ve been taking meds for 23 years. Wards and all. I just can’t give a ■■■■ anymore. You have to keep going. Forward. Nothing stays the same.

News media likes to hype up or stir outrage because no one would watch that garbage otherwise. Also consuming this media makes it feel like it’s happening right outside when it’s on the other side of the continent.

Conflict is a waste of my time. Any news that is about conflict is a waste of my life now. Just can’t care for conflict that I could do nothing about. Very good advice to keep moving forward.

Hey. I just started not taking things on TV personally.
Ofc wars, crisis, and other things makes me horribly sad… But I am growing a thicker skin every year. Maybe even every month.
There’s so many things in world I would love to change, but hellz it’s ain’t in my control.
I can only take care of my life.

oh I never watch or read the news…bad for sz’s in my opinion…that and horror movies…
