The next step is to try to take it at night. It just floors me when I take it at noon.
Previously I found that taking 10mg during the day was actually better than taking it at night. Maybe the reverse is true with 15mg for me.
Iβm getting a bit despondent with it all.
I am not sure it matters what time you take it with Abilify? Is it not a slow release? I thought it remains in your system and has a half life ?

Iβve just noticed , if I wake up early I feel pretty good. And this lasts until I take the pill at noon. Then itβs downhill from there.
So if I take it at night maybe I can reverse this and sleep through the rough patch.

Have you considered the ?
I was a lot better on the injection than on the pill. The only side effect was laziness and I guess also Avolition, (I did not feel like doing anything) . I was on a 300 or 400 per month.
As for the pill, I used to take the 5mg at night in the first two years of recovery.
sorry Just be a little patient through the process. It takes time.

Iβm pretty sure Abilify is available as a depot. Something to consider?

Hi, I believe Abilify can take 6 weeks before you start feeling better, so give it a proper chanceβ¦

Maybe try taking 5mg AM and 10mg PM.
See if this helps @everhopeful .
Donβt give up just yet.

I take it at night too. Unlike Zyprexa, I think Abilify is less sedative.
