If I stay away from caffeine I’ll be alright. I hear the neighbors right now. I don’t remember much. I think perphenazine is helping as best as it can.

Rox, you need to go to the hospital. At this point, any hospital’s going to be safer than you being at home. You’re talking nonsense, and frankly, I’m afraid you might hurt yourself or your neighbors. Call 911 and day that you need an ambulance to take you to an emergency room. Say that and only that. Once you’ve gotten to the emergency room, tell your doctors about your neighbors and everything so that they can help you.
