And now I’m worried sick about it. I can’t say what it was but no one got hurt but me (not physically). I’ll find out tomorrow the consequences, if any.

I think you are talking about something psychological or “psychic”. It is very hard to mess up in that realm. Like you have to be thinking some really dark ■■■■, but even then if it’s just thoughts there isn’t much consequence.
