well i would prefer to be veggie, but i want to have lean muscle so for a week or two i’ve been eating chicken or fish before bed. but now of course i feel guilty again like always when i eat meat, and am thinking of going back to the middle ground of chocolate milk and whey protein powder before bed. so include dairy but avoid the slaughter. i grew up a meat eater, then was vegetarian for 3 years in my 20’s then went full blown vegan for 4 years after that, but after my last hospitalization i eat meat occasionally, i just lost alot of willpower when i had to acknowledge i was delusional crazy vegan who ended up underweight and in hospital with no social support other than walking to the store for a can of amy’s soups. also my family eats meat, and will never change their ways so i figure why fight it. but im leaning to giving vegetarianism another try, at least for the majority of the year, except thanksgiving, labor day, and bbq days when dad grills out.
I vote for carnivore.

people of a melancholic temperament (which often mentally ill people are) are prone to depression. Meat, nuts, proteins and stuff like that can help alleviate depression.
A feast is made for laughter, wine makes life merry, and money is the answer for everything.
You don’t have to live in extremes.
Allow yourself a mixture of both.
Consuming a carnivore and veggie diet.
I’m a vegetarian since I love animals. I vote veggie.
You can always be a flexitarian. Eating mostly vegetarian, but having meat on occasion.
For a while I only ate meat if offered.
My faith has some “rules” about not contributing to loss of life, but states it’s ok to eat meats if offered to you as you did not pay for the animal to be killed. That is, as long as the animal was not slaughtered for the purpose of being eaten by you specifically.
