hey gal. You sound like you’ve been struggling for a while now. I know you take your meds but they don’t seem to be working. You need to hook up with your doctor even if that means going to emergancy. Please. Ring up the doctor!

@roxanna, you know this isn’t real. You’re having hallucinations. Try your best to drown them out and get some sleep. Do you take a sleep aid of any kind? If not, it might be good to ask for one. Nights are the worst for you, and if you could sleep through them, you might have an easier time.
I know the crisis center near you doesn’t do a great job, but can you at least call your doctor tomorrow and ask for something to help you at night?
