I can't express emotions

I can only express very basic emotions like physical pain, anger, food satisfaction etc

I can’t express love or sadness, I can’t really laugh (I never get jokes and often laugh on purpose bcz others are laughing), or cry.

Is it the schizophrenia?

Not expressing emotions has to be part of mental health issues…for sure.

One thing…have you ever had your B-12 levels checked?

Blocking your dopamine and serotonin receptors can cause this. Dopamine is responsible for your emotions. Serotonin is responsible for making you feel good.

Flat affect or lack of expressiveness is definitely a negative symptom of schizophrenia.
