I can't encourage the idea of exercising enough

Two days of going to the gym and I already feel better and also realize how weak I had become. I hadn’t had a gym since January of '18. I used to be able to bench a 50 lb.bag of dog food. I can’t now. But I will again.
Part of the stimulation is getting out, part of it is social and the rest is the workout itself. I encourage all of you to go to a gym if you can.:heartbeat:

I have to push myself; I’m kicking and screaming as I get on my bike.

I’m not into sweating. That’s why I do yoga. It keeps me in shape and it’s not overly taxing.

Anything with cardio is the best. I have lifted weights before but it never boosted my mood during the day.

Try going to the gym for weeks if not months to maintain your strength.

I plan to. Before a year ago, I had been working out for 13 years until the gym closed. I’m so glad my friend took the initiative to open a new one.
