Ok fair enough only went gym 3 days. But I’ve never actually felt this motivated to go. Plus I did exercises at home the rest of the time It’s almost as though I’m not the same person I was. As though soon enough I’ll bounce back and the motivation will go.

I’ve been exercising for two months and still can’t find my motivation. I go to gym 7 days a week because my parents want me to go and I think myself it is necessary for my health. Not many people find it interesting to work out and so I am just waiting for the time when it becomes my habit.

maybe youre just aware of the fact that you may be overworking yourself? Exercise is great! maybe you just need a rest
