I can't drink plain water anymore

I used to drink spring water all day long and a few fizzy waters for a change up. Now I’m a fizzy water junky. It’s expensive.

I used to judge people who drank soda all day long, now I’m one of them, minus the sweetener.

I’m not a big fan of plain water myself. I have one on occasion, but I much prefer a sports drink or diet soda.

I love propel, I just got some mio drops to try. That’s what they are, mio? They have vitamins, and some have caffeine. They are sweetened with sucralose and have different flavors, drops for plain water.

hey bowens, you seem like a reasonable person to ask, how long would you say a pitcher of filtered water would be good in the fridge? Britta water.

If it’s an open container, internet says 4 to 6 days in fridge.

I like plain water. It’s refreshing. I do drink a lot of sparkling flavored waters, though. And lots of sugar-free iced tea, home brewed. I just drink a lot of liquid.

Plain water is for when I’m actually thirsty, and flavored stuff is just because it’s yummy and it’s kind of a coping mechanism for me. Drinking something yummy helps me feel a tiny bit better, mentally.

there is nothing wrong with drinking fizzy water, it’s better than Soda all the time it is worse with Diet soda as well as the sweetener is very bad for you

On a serious note though, water is good because it is pH neutral, while fizzy drinks or leisure drinks tend to be acidic. So if you have stomach issues plain water is your friend.

They say minimum amount of water u should drink a day is 2L. That’s about 4 water bottles.

Never liked water but became a fan of it cuz of caffeine pills.

Fizzy water isnt soda…

Its just carbonated water. It doesnt have any of the sugars that soda has.

I love carbonated water with a squeeze of fresh lime. I can’t stand plain water.

Try Bubly or La Croix brands if you are in America. They seem to be widely available. And have a ton of flavors and are really good. I prefer Bubly where my sister and son prefer La Croix. Cherry or raspberry Bubly are my favorites.

I go through so much water I shop the deals. I buy cases online every month. One brand I get often is Polar. Polar vanilla orange is super good and I buy that when I see it. I also like Polar cherry.

It depends on your taste. You might prefer lemon, that’s usually safer to start with because everyone has had water with a lemon wedge before.

That actually sounds really good! Imma gonna try that!

I have psychogenic polydipsia so I’m constantly having the urge to drink water. I drink it carbonated, from the tap whichever way I want. I don’t care for flavors in my water i like it plain.

I drink diet soda or water with flavor packets in it (sugar free kind) I can’t stand regular water most of the time

I don’t think it’s a bad thing to drink fizzy water at least it doesn’t have sugar in it
