At least you’re getting fluids through coffee.
Could you try to make a routine out of it? I try to have a drink of water whenever I use the sink, for an example when I wash my hands or rinse a glass.
I don’t know if you live in an area where tap water is safe to drink, tho

Maybe you can try to drink flavored water if you don’t like the taste of plain water.
I’m trying to drink more water.

It’s an effort sometimes.

Hey, I drink from a Brita water bottle. They are a bit pricey, but once you buy the bottle, the filter comes with it. There are instructions on replacing the filter. You can in a snap, pretty simple. All you have to do is buy a pack of two filters every 6 months. 1 filter for 3 months. The packs are less than 10 dollars. Definitely worth the investment!

We have a Brita that we use everyday.
They come in handy.

I have a Water filter that purifies the water and makes it alkaline. I just slam 16oz four times per day. I like diet pop so I drink a little of that but more slowly than water.

I struggle with drinking enough fluid although I always think I’ve drunk enough . I base this on regular, though not constant , days where I have headache, nausea and a thirst that’s hard to quench. I take those to be signs of dehydration.
