I have a problem on focusing on more than one thing. I think its my bad working memory.

I’m also trying to focus on health. I’ve been eating smaller portions and drinking tons of water.
I also want to get back into martial arts or take a self defence class.

Having many things going on in parallel stresses me out. I get obsessed with doing well in them. End up stopping everything.
Cognitive problems are to blame here.
I’m the same, I get so overwhelmed when I do more than one thing.
I try to focus on me and What i need to do this day. It can get overwhelming. I dont really Set up goals.
