Trouble dividing your attention

I can only pay attention to one thing at once. Do other people have this problem?

It depends what I’m focusing on. Lately its been hard to pay attention to one specific thing for a while. I wish i could. Id get a lot more done. What do u “hyper focus” on?

I have to hyperfocus for everything basically, so trying two things at once is too much

Have the same problem. My girlfriend gets mad at me all the time for telling her to “hold on” when I’m doing something lol.

I have trouble focusing on more than one thing at a time too. And this hurt me when I was an R.N. because one thing you HAVE to be able to do as an R.N. is multi task to the extreme. Needless to say, I was miserable in this field.
