Toasted tea cake with butter
Large bar dairy milk fruit and nut
I can feel it on my tum
I feel embarrassed by my tum

I find that during the day I have almost no appetite and basically have to force myself to eat. But at night I have a bottomless appetite and can’t stop eating!! I wonder if this is comfort eating related to the stress and anxiety I experience at night.

Weight issues can be really difficult.
I am on olanzapine 10 mg and I don’t have weight or appetite issues.

so very many tasty kinds in bags at store too.
I can eat yhis whole bag Takis Jalapeno cheddar for only 960 calories. It says it is airpoped too, so very fluffy.

In fact it is 2/3 gone from this morning!
