So I’ve started to gradually come off tegretol. Then once it’s stopped in 10 days. They will introduce lamictal. Then to stop abilify over 10 days. Then to introduce Zoloft. I don’t have an option but to go back now.

Thank you. I am looking forward to going back kind of. But she said she’s fully booked till 3 weeks for now so I can’t go back yet.
