I take Benefiber – it dissolves clear in water and has no taste so it’s easy to take. I’m not sure if it really helps for my IBS, but fiber is good for the digestive tract.

I have IBS-C. I take Miralax and fiber. The gastroenterologist wanted me on Linzess for it, but I was unable to afford it

I was first prescribed omeprazole and paracetamol for stomach pain then i thought i must have ibs and bought this
