To lose weight you should just eat vegetables they make you lose weight if you est them
If you wanna lose weight cut out sugar and carbs. Not eating will cause problems down the line. If you drink a lot of soda switch to diet.
For dinner tonite i made fry with kidney beans onion carrot cabbage and spice. This will make me lose weight

I think I will have soup and a protein shake in an hr, the body needs salt and protein to function. I don’t want to lose muscle. Once I didn’t eat for 3 days and I started losing big amounts of hair. I was 60kg.

Good idea. It’s more beneficial to eat fewer calories per day rather than no calories. And what you do eat should be healthy. For instance, veggies in low sodium soup, and fruit in a protein smoothie made at home without added sugar.
