I assumed tuna would be easy on my tummy

No I assumed very wrong. My belly is aching and churning. Blech. Drinking tea in hopes that my belly will calm down.

Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, saltines

Tuna seems mostly okay for me but I can’t make tuna casseroles with noodles anymore probably because I have some trouble with gluten. I might try rice noodles again.

Oh no, no, no the mayo would be very bad. Try some saltines, the baking soda will settle down your tummy.

I also think saltines, banana, rice, applesauce will be easy on your stomach.

Did you eat it plain from the can?

Added a bit of mayo

Was that tuna packed in oil or water? I could see how the oil could make someone nauseous but I would guess that tuna packed in water should be sufficiently bland enough to eat.

Water. I don’t like the oil one

Me neither…………

I like tuna. Never got an aching belly from eating it, so can’t give advice. Lamb on the other hand can be a tricky business, especially if combined with eggs. And Easter is just around the corner…

Try a sandwich - maybe with the crust off the bread.

I have trouble with entrees made with tuna as the meat, because of those college mystery meats.
