I used to believe I got my anger finally managed.I was wrong.In order to not hurt anyone else,I asked for it.Too many people I hurt in my life,so I thought these days that I got it finally under control.

Im a fool, so take what i say with a grain of salt. But i dont think you should punish yourself for whatever you said by isolating yourself. Ive said some stupid sht and generally been an ass on this website before, but people here are extremely understanding and forgiving. This is a recovery support website after all. Im sure many of us have said something wrong before on the site, but people either forget, forgive or don’t mind.

@anon70049667, its ok. We make mistakes. Im a very (very) angry person. Its pretty normal to be frustrated at everything when you have sz.

You realized what you said was not the nicest and apologized. Thats all you can do.

I just watched a talk by a monk. Now buddhist or not, doesnt matter, what he said was that self hatred or self sabotage is really the easy way about dealing with your mistakes. Why? Because basically it is you ignoring fixing it. Realize what you said/did is wrong and stop there. Yes, you need to realize you shouldn’t do it, but do not self sabotage.

If you gain any benefit from this forum, I urge you to stay and forgive yourself.

@anon70049667. I think you’re overreacting by requesting your account suspension or deletion over something so minor. This forum would be an empty forum indeed if we issued account suspensions or deletions for minor transgressions like this.

With that said, it’s good that you recognize you could have been more understanding of Nova’s frustration. It’s difficult to get your hopes up repeatedly, especially when you’re in a hospital setting where you may already feel you don’t have the freedoms you’re used to. Plus, without a charged phone Nova can’t hang out with us on the coolest forum on the internet!

@Nova. Once you get your phone charged, let us know how you’re doing.
