Then I realised it’s a 0 hour contract. Like wtf is that. So 1 week maybe work for 5 hours then next week 25 lol. (part time role)

It gives me too much performance pressure. Like, if I perform well they will add me hours if I perform bad they will give me 0 hours.!

I need consistency for sure atm.

It’s a shame it’s such a suitable job 4 me.

I’ve asked them if they could give me a minimum of 15 hours weekly :see_no_evil:
