I am so crazy since I stopped smoking.

I mean my functioning has gone down; I don’t want to get out of bed, and I’m a tad aggressive; also, I feel awful.

jay old buddy start smoking but if you over do all the allturnitives you be stuck in bed sick.

I was told don’t be afraid to rest when you quit smoking because if you’ve smoked for years your body needs to heal itself and work on clearing out the toxins. After about a month you should have more and more energy.

Tends to be an oral fixation so maybe try chewing gum (normal rather than nicotine) or I tend to shell peanuts when I give up. But I roll my own so find it helpful to have my hands doing something.

in australia you can get nicotene patches, even i think chewing gum…might help.
if you haven’t already tried it.

i have stopped for over 4 years now and i think if i was still smoking i would not be in a very good place, maybe dead :frowning: so i think i did the right thing and my taste buds are really great now :slight_smile: its like an explosion in my mouth haha :thumbsup:
