He went to the dr yesterday because he is short of breath. They gave him a puffer. And he has a weeping growth on his ear they have to remove next week. He’s had cancer before so I’m really worried about the growth. He is a very healthy 88 year old. I don’t know what I would do if he died. I love him so much.
I hope everything turns out okay.
I wish him well @FatMama
Me too. I can’t imagine life without him. My parents have been married for almost 64 years. My mom would be so lonely without him.
Thank you! I hope so too
I’m sorry.
Hopefully the growth on your father’s ear is nothing serious.
Modern medicine is learning many new and awesome ways to keep the elderly healthy.
Take care Big Mama.
Thank you! I’m such a worrier
I hope he’s ok. I’d be worried too. But so far he’s ok. He is breathing well enough to be home and they didn’t feel an urgent need to immediately remove the growth. Those are positive signs. Hang in there.
I hope everything works out @FatMama
Sending positive vibes your way…
I hope everything will be ok.
I hope everything is ok @FatMama , hopefully he’ll be breathing better with the puffer and back to his old self soon.
Thank you @LilyoftheValley @anon4362788 @everhopeful @Leaf
That sounds scary. Please let us know how he is doing after you get the biopsy back. Pray everything will be okay.
Thank you @ThePickinSkunk. I’ll let you all know when my mom gives me updates
He’s still full of life at 88. I’m impressed. Is he aiming for 100?
My family tends to live long lives. My grandma was a month away from 100. My oldest auntie is almost 100. I come from a healthy lot.
My Mom died young at 90. All my aunts and aunt in law were 98. The men died in their 80’s.
Hope your dad will be okay @Leaf.
Hugs and prayers.
love to you and your dad.
I hope your dad is OK. @FatMama
