@Rhubot @Moonbeam Just for the record, my method works, certainly gets rid of the ‘madness’ aspect of this madness. It can help a lot of people here, if you only allow it.
and to my adoring fans, I leave this last piece… the man who wrote it died shortly after it was published… It was an album from his heart… yea, also the ‘‘If you’re a healer, It means am broken and lame…’’ was a word I heard one too many times; before I got rid of my voices through fasting, I use to hear my neighbour always shout out to the other voices saying ‘Leave him alone! he’s going to be a healer’’ haha… guess I was meant to be 'Broken and Lame’
