I have not had any tobacco for the long time, I am glad, I think I can quit all nicotine including nicotine gum too, I want to live without nicotine, it is my goal
Wish I never took it up. Working through the cost Iāve spend over the years Iām sure I could have brought my own (and decent) house by now.
I wish you luck in your goal.
Good for you, many people on this forum struggle with this so you arenāt alone.
Iām nicotine free. At my age, the picture was grim . . .

Dreams of using are considered a good sign . . . At least when I was going to AA.
Iām happy for you. However, tobbacco for me has for a long time been my ālife companionā.I lose count on how many I smoke a day.Just one after another.
It was for me too. Itās a false friend though. Iām using an ecig now. I want to see if I can give that up at some point too.
I smoked for a little while in the army, and I am so glad I was able to quit. It took me about fifty tries. At the assisted living center where I live now I can see some of the long term effects of smoking. I think combining smoking with the medās is particularly bad. You have my best wishes.
I am glad that I never smoked. Wish my GF would quit the damn things.
