Hypnopompic and hypnagogic auditory hallucinations

I don’t hear voices, but since falling ill last year I’ve experienced an increase in hypnopompic and hypnagogic auditory hallucinations, which otherwise could be considered normal and non-psychotic in nature. Still, could this increase be linked with the onset of sz?

I get a lot of these kind of hallucinations but mine are mainly visual.

I don’t know if these kind of hallucinations are more common with sz.

I’ve always wondered myself.

I have heard a gunshot just before i fall asleep.
Other times I have visual hallucinations

The odd thing is that my only psychotic hallucinations have always been visual, and I also get lots of visual imagery before falling asleep, but it’s the occasional voice that intrigues me.

I used to get these a lot. They faded away with loads of therapy, but still come out occasionally when I’m stressed.

I used to be called by my name at night right before sleeping. Is it normal to hear loud in my ears my real name at night?

Yeah me too. Or a crowd talking without understanding a word they say

I get these a lot. They’re really annoying and sometimes scary. Especially when in conjunction with sleep paralysis.

I’ve had some really SCARY ones, auditory, visual, tactile all in one. Very, very scary.

Edit: and they started after meds, so I always blamed it on the antipsychotics

Which AP?..

Started on Abilify, then Klonopin every day made them die down but I still get them, not as bad
