Hey. So, I’m not allowed to take benzos, but I was prescribed hydroxyzine. I was given 10 mg tablets but I’m allowed to take up to 100 mg at a time.
I took 10 mg and feel like it’s not enough. But my husband and I are going shopping and he’s driving.
Should I take the 2nd pill? I’ve never taken more than 10 mg. I’ve only taken it 3 other times.
What would you do???

Oh ok. But only when anxiety starts you need to take it right ?
I would recommend not to until anxiety hits ! What do you think about it ? Edit will you take it ?
I’m already anxious. The first pill didn’t fully calm me down. But it did a little.

Yeah I think 400mg is the limit.
How do you feel on that high dose of 100mg @Mars ? Can you still think well and problem solve? I’m afraid of feeling too drugged

Mild sedation but some relief of anxiety. Doesn’t knock me out like certain APs.

The real issue here is we’re going to a store I used to work at while hallucinating and extremely paranoid. I had a nervous breakdown at work and had to quit on the spot.
The navy SEALs were investigating me there. It was terrifying
Hope the medication helps. I could see that being a trigger but I think you’ll be okay. Another mountain to conquer in recovery.

Good the first time I took 20 mg. But last night I took 20 mg and I may as well have eaten candy. It has no effect on me whatsoever
I take 50mg at a time 10mg is very low dose.
I’m going to stop taking it. I’ve noticed I’m insanely hungry every time I take it.
Does it affect you that way too?
