I have not been on much, I am trying to occupy my mind with work and non health-related subjects.
I am fine, I am quitting Wellbutrin. I am down to 150 mg from 300 mg and I went from 10 mg Lexapro to 15 mg.
Soon I will quit Wellbutrin and just stay on Geodon and Lexapro.
I have been dieting and exercising intensely, walking every day at least 8K steps + yoga twice a week. Under 1200 calories and no weight loss. I mean I lost 1 pound it seems? I am unsure but seriously wondering why on earth my weight is not shifting. There has to be a reason but cannot know what it is yet.
I am happy though I am getting a lot of exercises so it feels good at least.
I am leaving on a few trips soon, hope to have fun. I spent the whole winter inside my room, I am looking forward to going out more, enjoying the sun and doing fun things.
I am also a vegan since mid-February, still vegan and loving it.
I’m trying a new supplement called “beta alanine” for anxiety. I can’t really take it with a lot of L-theanine as it’s a double whammy. But I’m only taking 400mg of L-theanine a day now.
But it’s early days I’ve only been on beta alanine about 9 days. I hope it works out.
It seems I cannot live without L-Theanine. It is saving me basically. It stops my intrusive thoughts.
I am leaving 17th of May to Barcelona for 6 days, and from there we are flying to Paris for 5 days. I will be back home on 29th of May.
After that in July, we are leaving with 3 different couples and their kids to the Dominican Republic for 7 days. From July 21 till 29. I hope I will lose some weight by then. It is impossible.
I may or may not visit my family in September or Christmas, depending on how my dad is.
I’m doing great. substance counseling tomorrow. therapist friday. risperdal consta depot friday. I maintain a busy schedule considering I’ve always thought i was above school…
@anon21849028 I wasn’t really there, I wasn’t able to follow the lesson.
I am very happy that I was able to sit there for 3 hours and listen,
even if I didn’t really get to follow what was said.
I LIVE for marketing! It is so much fun. My first job was marketing executive, it was tough but so much fun. I planned exhibitions and did online work. Later I studied internet marketing at the university.
Now I do my own online marketing, mainly social media. If you can specialize in social media marketing and learn the basics, you can easily make money by working from home!
@Chess24 you have been asked before to refrain from talking about religion on the forums. It upsets people. @anon21849028, we don’t allow religious discussions on this site. This for a couple of reasons. First, it tends to cause arguments, because for some reason people can’t seem to just respect each other’s different religious beliefs. Second, many folks suffer from religious delusions. It is one of the top three topics of delusion, alongside aliens and government conspiracies. We don’t allow discussions on those topics, either. Third, there are many members here who were subjected to exorcisms by family members who, sadly, did not understand their illness. Those memories can be very traumatic for those individuals, and they don’t need to be reminded of them.
I hope you can understand, and help keep this a safe place for everyone. Thanks
I don’t want to get into too many details about the program but part of it involves learning social media! So maybe I can work from home, we’ll see
I’m glad you found something that you’re good at! Marketing seems like fun but tough work, that’s why I made the switch. I also did some courses on Lynda and I liked them
I hope you can lose weight soon. You may want to try more intense cardio to see if that helps. Walking is good! But yoga really doesn’t do much calorie burn unless (perhaps, not 100% sure) you’re doing hot yoga unfortunately. Yoga is more for flexibility and some strength training. Still it can be such a peaceful and relaxing activity, I think it’s wonderful you’re going. And it is still good for your body regardless.
1200 is so few calories! I tried it before but it was too much I was achingly hungry all the time I’m also quite tall though so that may be a factor lol.
If still nothing works it may just be a med issue
Anyways sounds like things are mostly going great for you and you have some fun things planned and a busy schedule! Awesome!
