Yeah, nice and sunny here too, in Delta, BC.
Waiting for my water ionizer to come so I can start treating my anxiety and headaches with alkalinity. I’ve heard really good testimonials about it.
Feels like my productive life is on hold until it comes, since I feel too crappy to do work, and hopefully the water ionizer will change that over time.

I’m having some problems with irritability and am having thought-blocking when I talk to people. I’m hoping that my provider will reinstate me since I did a grievance form over getting dumped. But I’m not optimistic and am worrying how I’ll be when my Seroquel runs out…both the withdrawal symptoms then the psychosis. But I’m playing with my puppy and he’s cheering me up!

Glad to hear you are doing well @KingKazuma. Everyone else seems to be doing okay too. 
I am doing okay. Did a little cleaning and now I am grubby from the dust clouds from shaking a big rug. We are cooking a Kabucha (Japanese pumpkin) in the oven and will have subs for dinner.
I think I might sneak a beer later cause I have a little money on my bank card. Shhh.

I am well. Just got home from taking the cat to an emergency vet. Poor little dude has a fever and is dehydrated. I’m just relieved I at least got him checked out by a professional.

Today i am resting as much as i can, although i cleaned the house, cleaned the yard, done washing, found out my washing machine is not spinning out the water properly lol i may need a new one, i will make muself some lunch, grilled steak and veggies and watch a movie. Slightly peeved that i have a whole wardrobe full of nice clothes and no where to wear them but oh well at least im feeling a lot better than i have. Weather is mild, enough for shorts and tshirt, bit overcast, its a nice day here
