I’m doing well. I’m so-so about starting Invega. I’m just so dizzy all the time. But other than that I’m ok. Glad to be home.

Was manic a bit couple weeks ago but I didn’t seem to mind. Not manic again yet. Just level and normal. Quite a relief. Raised my Zoloft. Today’s day 4 on the dose. Kicking in finally.

i’ve had an amazing day, was on the swings in the park listening to ibiza tunes in the sun, got some ice cream, then i picked up the new car 
its an excellent car lol, hung with some friends life is good (apart from my neighbour) its ok.

My day is going good. It’s the third week of me consistently exercising, walking on the treadmill 2hours a day 5days a week. Trying to keep my weight stable. I’ve been gaining 2lbs a month and now I’m trying to stop the weight gain by walking. I am 197lbs. I’m trying to desparately keep it under 200lbs…my depression has been a little better too. Just trying to stay positive.

Picked up a book on music theory.
And I took care of some debt.
So far, so good.

I had a very shaky start to the day, but my husband has been home with me all day so he helped. We went on a date for pizza and cheesecake. Still needed a klonopin though.

I was brushing my hair back with my hand way too much this past month. The oil from my hand made my hair oily. My doctor took me off cogentin a couple of months ago but gave me a supply last week and I took one this morning and I’m barely touching my hair. So in other words, I’m doing good.

My sleep cycle is reversed now. So do i take my AP tonight anyways…hmm! The tea leaves will tell me. My neighbors from below me are going in and out and talking loud…if they dont cool it this skunk is gonna spray and no tomato juice bath will save them.

i ordered a HP laptop and a iPad. They both were delivered today instead of waiting for two different days next week. I haven’t had a computer in over 10 years. I barely remember how to type with more than one finger, let alone do the functions of the computer. Lot to relearn. Have my nights and days all mixed up. Right now I am off my AP to get ready for the new one, Dr, doesn’t like overlap with haldol. All in all I’d say I am so-so.
